Description

The alpaca family of the schleich® WILD LIFE theme world originates from the Andes in South America, where the animals are mainly bred for their soft, warm wool. They belong to the humpless camels and have a very calm and peaceful character. Both alpaca foals each have a different coat color, one is white and the other is brown. They nurse from their mother for about 6-8 months before they start eating grass. The schleich figures are modeled faithfully and represent pedagogically valuable toys.
