The mosasaur from the Schleich DINOSAURS theme world has numerous pointed teeth in its movable jaw. To kill prey like fish and turtles, the dinosaur would open its mouth wide and then bite powerfully. Judging by the shape of its teeth, it was probably only able to swallow without chewing. Its front and back legs had evolved into fins to adapt to its habitat. It also had a large fin at the end of its tail. Schleich figures are faithfully reproduced to scale. All figures are hand-painted to ensure accurate reproductions.
