The movable jaw of the Mosasaurus from the schleich® DINOSAURS theme world contains many pointed teeth. To kill prey, such as fish and turtles, the dinosaur opened its mouth very wide and then bit down forcefully. Given the shape of his teeth, he was probably only able to swallow without chewing. Its front and back legs had grown into fins so that it was adapted to its habitat. In addition, it had a large fin at the end of its tail. Schleich figures are reproduced faithfully and always to scale. All figures are painted by hand. This way the figures always correspond to reality.
