The Pachycephalosaurus from the schleich® DINOSAURS theme world is the largest platypus dinosaur yet discovered. It grew to about 4-5 meters in length, weighed 450 kg and moved on two legs. It lived in North America in the late Cretaceous period. Its skull, strongly arched upwards, was 20-25 cm thick. Scientists suspect that he used his skull to ram rivals or to impress them. Pachycephalosaurus means fat-headed lizard. Schleich's figures are faithfully reproduced and always to scale. All figures are painted by hand. This way the figures always correspond to reality.
