'Farmer Boris and the Eggs' is the seventh picture book in the successful series by Ted van Lieshout and Philip Hopman. In this part, Farmer Boris' chickens have laid some very colorful eggs. Help, are the chickens sick? Oh no: it's Easter!

'Farmer Boris and the Eggs' is a perfect picture book for Easter. The chickens have made an extra effort to lay cheerful, colorful eggs. Boris loads them onto the tractor to hide them throughout the country and the chickens happily tag along. But after a near-collision with the Easter Bunny, all the eggs are broken. Out of fright, the chickens lay another egg, but unfortunately not as beautifully colored. Something has to be done quickly - how do they get colors?
