Place all the wooden playing pieces face down on the table and mix them together. Then close your eyes, take 1 of the pieces, turn it over and carefully feel the surface. Try to remember what you felt and put the piece aside for a moment. Now, by touch and with your eyes closed, find the field with the same surface on the game board. When you have chosen a field, place your playing piece on that spot on the game board. Now open your eyes! Do the surfaces match? If so, you may keep the playing piece. If not, you must put the playing piece back, everything is mixed again and it is the next player's turn.
