Silencio is a fast card game in which you have to lay down as many travel cards as possible. As a team, you travel through a wonderful world full of forests, swamps, savannah and lava. You do this by connecting cards of the same colour. But be careful: no one is allowed to make a sound! As soon as someone says something, everyone loses. Each travel card you connect must be higher than the previously played travel card. Each card also has a disadvantageous or advantageous effect. A card that connects directly, such as a red five after a red four, gives a disadvantage. With a card that does not connect directly, you may use the advantageous effect. If you cannot lay down a card, you must skip your turn. If no one has been able to lay down a card for a round, the game is over. Because you are not allowed to consult, you have to estimate carefully what everyone is doing. Maybe you play a card that bothers everyone? Or do you have a good feeling for your team members and achieve a top score? The fewer cards you have left, the better!
