Cunning Scots - Card Game

In Cunning Scots, you're a clan leader trying to recruit as many new members as possible by cleverly playing cards. New clan members earn points, and the player with the most points wins the game. On your turn, you must always add one card to a meeting place. You can also decide to place one of your shields on a shield field to gain favor from potential clan members. Choose wisely; when is the best time to place a shield? How can you turn everything to your advantage with a single card?
