An embossed liner for creating three-dimensional lines and dots on almost any light-absorbing surface, including most textiles. The Effect Liners are ideal for applying beautiful smooth 'pearls'. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and squeeze out the paint in one smooth movement. Drying time: 24 hours. For indoor use only. When applying to textiles: wash the fabric without fabric softener before applying the paint. Washable at 40 °C.
