Decoupage is glue and paint in one. It's suitable for creating collages or decorations with napkins (only the top layer), newspaper and magazine clippings, photos, and paper. Thin paper, such as crepe paper, produces the best results. The decoupage glue is suitable for surfaces such as wood, cardboard, clay, plaster, papier-mâché, etc. Apply a layer of decoupage to the surface and place the napkin on top. Now apply another layer of decoupage to the napkin. Drying time: 30 minutes. Suitable for decoration only.
