This tie-dye set contains three bottles of Talens Art Creation Silk dye, a water-based dye ideal for dyeing light-colored natural fabrics. The vibrant colors are ready to use and packaged in bottles with fine-measure nozzles that allow you to apply the dye evenly and precisely to the fabric. The set also includes a pair of disposable gloves to prevent stains on your hands. Contents: 3 x 85 ml (5029 Indigo Blue - 7506 Neutral Gray - 7001 Elegant Black), gloves. Instructions: Wash the fabric without fabric softener before starting for best results. Wetting the fabric helps the dye flow better. Cover your work surface with plastic to protect the surface. Twist and tie the fabric with elastic bands or clips. Put on gloves before you start dyeing. Apply the dye directly to the fabric using the applicator tips. Don't forget the back! For even more intense colors, let the dye set for 24 hours before fixing and washing the fabric. For lighter colors, rinse the fabric under running water before fixing. Fix the colors with an iron on a high heat for 5 minutes with protective paper (such as baking parchment) between the fabric and the iron. After fixing, you can wash the item at 40°C and it is suitable for the dryer. Wash the item separately in cold water the first time to prevent the colors from bleeding.
