Pingwing finds it boring at the South Pole. As a penguin, you don't really do much more than waddle around with your family all day: the most exciting thing Pingwing has ever experienced was his Uncle Jos's snoring… Pingwing is certain: he wants to leave, to the sunny south. He promises his parents he'll contact them every day, and off he goes. Every evening, Pingwing video-calls home and proudly tells his parents about the adventures he's had that day.
