But be careful, avoid the obstacles you encounter along the way! This Goose board game is suitable for the whole family. Goose board rules The Goose board rules are simple. The game starts by choosing a goose and then everyone throws one of the dice. The player who throws the highest number of points may start. The players now take turns throwing both dice. The number of dots indicates how many spaces the goose may move forward. If you throw a 4 and a 5 in your first turn, you may go straight to space 53. If you throw a 3 and a 6 in the first turn, you may put your goose on space 26. Do you end up on the image of the goose during the game? Then move forward the number of points thrown on the game board again. Did you land on one of the special squares? Follow the separate rules of the Goose Board that apply to these squares. If another player's goose is already on a square, stay on your old square. The Goose Board game ends when one player manages to land on square 63 exactly on the last throw. If this does not work and you have thrown more than the required number of points, you must count back from square 63. If you then land on a square with a goose, you move back the number of points thrown.
