The Starter set from Boomtrix consists of a launch tower plus a number of trampolines with which you can build tracks to get a ball into a target - jumping from one trampoline to the other. The trick is to place the trampolines in such a way that the ball always manages to reach the next trampoline and ultimately the target. This requires trying out, observing, thinking, drawing conclusions (i.e. experimenting) and then trying out a possibly better setup. Some perseverance is also required. The possibilities are in fact limitless and are only limited by the number of trampolines - there is plenty of room for creativity. Children can play with the laws of gravity and dynamics and unconsciously gain knowledge about them.
