Classic World Wooden Water Table

The Classic World water table has three water bowls: two smaller, square bowls and one large, rectangular bowl.

These bins are placed at different heights so that it has a kind of stepped arrangement. The two square bins have sluice gates attached to the side that overflow to the lower bin. You can open and close the locks. There you open it? Then the water from the high container drains to the low container. If both locks are open, all the water will flow to the largest and lowest container thanks to gravity.

In addition to the two smaller containers, there are also two taps with which you can pump the water back to the small containers. This way you can continuously circulate the water back and forth from the lower to the upper container. The largest container also has a stopper attached to a chain to close off the pipe to the taps if necessary.

Shelves are attached under the table to place materials such as buckets. The table is large and heavy, which is why handy wheels are attached to the bottom. With these wheels you can easily roll the table to the desired place. Is he so good? Then you can put the wheels on the brakes.

When playing with the water table, the development of children is stimulated in various ways. In this way, children learn to work together in the first place, an important skill for functioning well in society. With this skill, the child also learns to share and communicate. The understanding of cause and effect is also developed, they see how the water reacts to their actions.
