Goki Wooden Kalaha

Kalaha is one of the oldest strategy games in the world. This game was already known in a similar form to the ancient Egyptians and the Assyrians. That is why the game also exists with several names such as Mancale or Awale. The aim of the game is to collect as many stones as possible in your own Kalaha pit. It does not matter which player starts. This player distributes the contents of one of his pits clockwise, i.e. counterclockwise, onto the following pits (his own and that of the opponent), but places only one stone in each pit. One stone is also placed in your own Kalaha pit, but the opponent's is skipped each time. If the last stone ends up in your own Kalaha pit, you may or must play again. If the last stone falls into an empty playing pit of your own, you may remove all stones that are exactly in the opposite playing pit of the opponent and place them in your own Kalaha pit.
