And there is so much to see on the farm: ploughing, fields with scarecrows on them, and of course lots of animals. Because apart from Knol the horse, there are pigs, cows, a small calf, sheep, mice and chickens. And everything can be counted from 1 to 10. Uh sorry, 11!
Ted van Lieshout has an enormous oeuvre to his name, which has received many awards, but he has written very little for very young children.
