Sofia and her animal friends can hardly wait for Christmas. In order not to have to wait so long, Sofia has come up with an adventure that they can all experience together. She has brought a blanket, a pillow and her sleeping bag. And of course her horse cuddly toy cannot be missed. She brings some food for the dog, for the Icelandic mare and her foal, but also for herself. Secretly she puts everything in the hayloft. What could she be planning? She wants to spend Christmas Eve up there with the animals! That way they can tell each other stories about the summer and dream about how they run through the meadow in the glowing sunlight. There is bound to be a spot free in the hayloft!
