The players, like alchemists, are visited by patients with strange diseases. At the beginning of the game
they choose a patient to treat. Every patient needs a special essence as medicine.
The players prepare these in their alchemist's cauldron and receive special bonuses for doing so. Seeking help come from far away to have their usually exotic complaints treated "professionally" by miracle doctors. The best from your guild are asked here: the alchemists of Kakelenburg tackle the most difficult cases of the quack profession. With high-quality technical equipment, they distill the best magic soup to reduce the suffering of patients. Distilling gives players valuable bonuses and special abilities, which give them advantages over the course of the game.
