When a geological anomaly opens a huge rift in the Earth's surface, scientists from around the world gather at a new research facility to investigate the mysterious phenomenon. Soon, a group of misfits, brought to the facility by their parents, discover the truth about dragons and their lair - a secret they must keep to protect what they have discovered. Tom is a bright young adventurer. He was raised by his mother, a scientist, and her curiosity sparked his interest. Tom has an impulsive urge to investigate and test things, but sometimes forgets to think about the consequences. Tom's dragon, Thunder, is a day-night dragon who lost his way home when the rift opened. Day-Night Dragons are the offspring of Toothless and Dayshadow, known from the How to Train Your Dragon movies. With the Playset Thunder & Tom from PLAYMOBIL, the fun of playing with dragons now comes home. Thunder can move all four legs, as well as its head and wings. Thanks to the integrated saddle, Tom can ride Thunder. Thunder's dorsal crest is equipped with a light module and he can shoot plasma darts from his mouth. To do this, an arrow is inserted into the dragon's mouth and then closed. By pushing the head or ears down, the arrow is shot out of the mouth again. The playset contains the Dragons: The Nine Realms characters Tom Kullersen and his dragon Thunder with light module and shooting function, three arrows, a Viking helmet, a drone, a flashlight and other great extras.
